Yes, we guarantee all items sold within La Brand are 100% authentic. We provide double guarantees to all our customers whereby all our items are first authenticated by our specialist and then verified by Entrupy, a New York based company who uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to detect the authenticity of the luxury designer.
Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards and manuals will contain the appropriate message in the product descriptions.
We accept Visa, Master Credit Card, Touch N Go e wallet, Cash and Instant Transfer.
Yes, all our products sold are available in our physical store. Please refer to Contact Us for detailed address of our showroom.

SELLING YOUR ITEMS
When you consign an item to us, you will only be paid after your item is sold. For sellers who prefer high pay-out price and do not mind the waiting time, you may choose to consign your item to us.
When you sell off an item to us, you will get paid immediately after the item is authenticated by our experts. You save time instead of waiting for your item to be sold. However, the pay-out price is lower compare to consigning your item to us.
We only buy off selected items depending on the brands, condition, year and market value of the item. Please refer toΒ Consign & SellΒ page for more details.
We take authentic pre-owned luxury items that have been gently used, with no significant defects. We accept designer bags, shoes and accessories.Β We are selective in designers we buy and sell. Please refer to complete list of designers we buy and take for consignment.
No. We do not charge any consignment fee. You will get the quoted pay-out price once your item is sold.
The consignment period to place your items in our store is 90 days. If you should decide to collect any of your items before the consignment period, an administrative of RM150 or RM550 (for Hermes) per item will be charged.
However, for sell off items, the ownership of the items shall pass to La Brand once the payment is made.
We take into consideration a number of criteria during pricing of an item including but not limited to the brand, condition, original retail value, current market value and the year of the item.

Once your item is sold, payment will be made to you via bank transfer within five (5) working days.
Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and public holidays in Malaysia.
