The consignment period is ninety (90) days from the date of the consignment agreement.

An administration fee of RM200 & RM600 (for Hermes wallets and bags only) for each item is applicable for earlier retrieval of item before the consignment period.

You'll be informed once the item is sold. The fund will be deposited into your account within seven to ten (7-10) working days.

For sell off item, we will proceed with the authentication check for the item once the seller note is signed.

Should we have determined an item to be counterfeit, an authentication cost of RM200 & RM600 (for Hermes wallets and bags only) for each item is applicable and is payable within seven (7) days from the notification date.

Retrieval of items is not allowed after signing of the sell off agreement.

The fund will be deposited into your account within (7-10) working days once the item pass the authentication.
