My first visit to the La Brand physical store after following their FB Live for quite some time and I like their team always express with very positive energetic happy vibes, I also tried messaging them via FB inbox many times and their team always there to respond messages before I visit to their physical store. I personally feel Thank You to the SA serve me name May Ching, appreciated on her patient to explained my question and fulfilled my needs, because of her kindness and humbleness attitude, I found and bought the bag I like finally, I will definitely recommend family and friends to check out La Brand for any consignment needs, very pleasant shopping experience and hopefully can revisit and purchase more bags again very soon!

Recommended shop for pre-loved branded handbag as most of the handbag is still in a good quality and comes with its own certificate of authenticity. Most of the handbag is still trendy and selling in retail stores. I'm really satisfied with their customer service. Thanks to Hera, she was very nice and welcoming.
